isap · File management for authorized internal users

Your data. Your control.

Disconnect Google Drive, remove local credentials, and request deletion of data held by isap.

1. Revoke your Google connection

  1. Open Google Account → Third-party connections.
  2. Select the app name shown on the consent screen, such as isap if that is the client you authorized.
  3. Use Google’s option to remove the connection or access, and confirm.

Revocation prevents the app from continuing to use the revoked authorization. It does not delete your Google Account or automatically remove copies of files already transferred.

2. Remove a local rclone connection

If you configured rclone on your own machine, run:

rclone config

Choose the option to delete the relevant remote and confirm its name. Removing a local remote does not replace revoking access in Google. If you use rclone on a server, remove the credentials on that server as well.

Check any configuration backups or separate token files you created. Avoid deleting an entire configuration file if it contains other connections you still use.

3. Remove copied files

Delete unwanted transferred files from each destination where they were copied. Check trash or recycle bins and backups if you want to remove retained copies. Disconnecting isap or deleting a remote does not perform this step for you.

4. Request deletion from isap

Send a request to hello@isap.vn with the subject “isap data deletion request”. Include the email associated with your connection and the categories you want removed, such as support correspondence or application records.

Do not include passwords, tokens, client secrets or private file contents. Verification of the request may be needed to avoid deleting another person’s data.

The internal team will review your request, identify the relevant records and explain any retention requirements that apply. Include administrator-managed copies and backups when requesting deletion. This website provides the request channel; removal is handled in the systems where the data is stored.
