1. Scope and internal access
These terms govern the use of the isap website and isap’s internal rclone-based file workflows, managed by the isap team. By using these resources, you agree to follow these terms and your organization’s applicable access and data-handling rules.
Application use is limited to authorized internal users. The website, documentation and policies can be read without signing in. No public application registration or commercial subscription is offered.
2. Website and file workflows
The website provides documentation, policies and guidance for Google Drive file operations. It does not itself authenticate to Google or execute file transfers. File operations run in the rclone environment configured by your administrator or authorized user.
3. Responsible use
Use only accounts, files and destinations you are authorized to access. Protect credentials and comply with applicable law and internal information-security requirements. Do not bypass access controls, misuse Google APIs or transfer data to unauthorized destinations.
Report suspected unauthorized access or security issues to hello@isap.vn without including access credentials or other users’ private data.
4. File operations and backups
Review source and destination paths before every operation. Copy keeps additional destination files; sync can delete them to match the source. Preview changes using a dry run and maintain independent backups of important data.
Review transfer results and investigate failed or unintended operations. Network interruptions, service quotas and changes in third-party services can affect completion.
5. Account access and privacy
Access must be granted and withdrawn according to internal authorization procedures. Users may revoke their Google authorization at any time. When access ends, remove stored credentials and handle organizational files according to the applicable retention rules.

6. Third-party services
Google Drive and rclone are subject to their own terms and licenses. isap is independent of Google and the rclone project. Use of their names does not imply endorsement.
7. Availability and limitations
The workflow may be changed, interrupted or suspended for maintenance, security, misuse or changes in authorization. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability is provided.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not replace applicable employment agreements or organizational policies.
